4 x The Beef

Our beef bones come from pasture-fed cattle raised without exception on a regenerative farm in Essex. These cattle graze on herb-rich grasslands, supporting soil health and local wildlife. Born and raised on the farm, the cattle are allowed to mature naturally and their beef is dry-aged for superior depth and flavour — and you can taste that quality in every cup.
